Therapist in Chicago |Online Individual and Couple Therapy for BIPOC, Neurodivergent & Gender, Sexual, and Relationally Diverse People
Serving IL, IN, MI, WI, OR, and MA
You don’t have to shrink to be seen. You don’t have to carry it alone.
When Survival Starts to Feel Heavy
You’ve been holding it all together. At work, at home, in your relationships, for your family, your community. You’ve learned to survive by being high-achieving, self-sacrificing, and adaptable. But inside? It’s getting harder to keep going, especially when you feel unseen, disconnected, or alone, even in the relationships that matter most.
If you’ve ever felt like your pain needs translating just to be understood, this space is different. You deserve therapy that honors your complexity, your boundaries, and your full story.
All of You Is Welcome Here
I work with individuals and couples navigating emotional overwhelm, trauma, identities, burnout, and belonging — especially those who’ve had to code-switch, carry intergenerational pain, or silence parts of themselves to stay safe or accepted.
Maybe you're a first-gen or immigrant child carrying deep cultural tensions. Maybe you're queer, neurodivergent, or living at the intersections of identities that aren't often reflected back to you. Or maybe you're navigating relationship stress, disconnection, or patterns shaped by early wounds.
Whatever you're carrying — there's room for it here.
Relational, Trauma-Informed, Justice-Oriented Therapy
My approach is warm, relational, and grounded in trauma-informed, decolonized, and socially conscious healing. Together, we explore how systems like racism, capitalism, ableism, and cisheteronormativity shape our bodies, stories, and relationships.
We’ll move at your pace — making space for pain and possibility, survival and softness, protection and reconnection. You’ll be met with curiosity, compassion, and deep respect.
More Than Just “Talking About Your Day”
This isn’t surface-level therapy.
We’ll make space for the patterns that helped you survive, the parts that are tired of performing, and the emotions that linger even in connection. We’ll listen to what your nervous system has learned about safety and survival, and begin to gently shift those responses with care.
Whether you're working through your own inner world or the complexity of a relationship, therapy here is about healing that’s honest, embodied, and sustainable.
I’m Here to Walk With You
Tsuki, therapist in Chicago offering online therapy for BIPOC, neurodivergent, and GSRD clients
I’m Tsuki (she/her), A Taiwanese LMFT offering online therapy in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Wisconsin, Oregon, and Massachusetts.
Many of the people I work with identify as BIPOC, neurodivergent, GSRD (Gender, Sexuality, and Relationship Diverse), migrants, immigrants, or children of immigrants, people whose stories don’t fit neatly into a box. While I don’t share all of these identities myself, I’m committed to providing affirming care rooted in cultural humility, trauma-informed practice, and ongoing learning.
As a therapist in Chicago providing online care, I honor the full complexity of who you are and the many layers of your lived experience. Together, we’ll explore how your past has shaped your present, and what it means to reclaim your future on your own terms.
